Specifications
It is a simple ball valve, light and economical to use in general services and purges.

  1. Screwed two-part split body
  2. Full bore (FB) or reduced bore (RB) at customer’s request
  3. Ends may be flanged, screwed or socket weld (SW)
  4. Valves may be fire tested at customer’s request
  5. Top flange ISO 5211
Features

Size: from 1/4″ to 3″.
Pressure: 800 – 2500LB
Material: WCB, CF8M, A105, F304, F316. This type of steel ball valve is designed and manufactured in accordance with standard BS5351
Screwed ends in accordance with: BSP, NPT, ANSI B1.20.1
Test standard: API598
Actuation: can operate with lever, gear, pneumatic or electric actuator with handwheel for emergencies.
Medium: the valve is ideal for several media including water, steam, oil, gas, petrol products, nitric acid, acetic acid, etc.
Working temperature: from -196ºC (cryogenics service), -46ºC or -50ºC (stainless steel constructions) and -29ºC (carbon steel constructions) up to 220℃
